TinyMCE Output Transformations

Plone 4.0.x 到 4.1.x 之際，針對 custom output transformation 進行程式碼重構，以往各個編輯器需要個別實作 filter 功能，改由獨立的模組來統一處理。在這個過程中，搭配的 Products.TinyMCE 由 1.1.x 改為 1.2.x，許多檔案受到調整，原本的 resolveuid.py 和 parser.py 被幹掉了，其中的 filter 功能由 plone.outputfilters 取代，並盡量相容於 Plone 4.1 之前的程式碼。
